North American Ultra Low NOx Magna-Flame™ LE
The North American Ultra Low NOx LE Series 4211 burner was developed to meet the increasingly more stringent NOx emission requirements for boilers, thermal fluid heaters, incinerators and process heaters across the globe. It can easily meet the requirements of 15-20 ppmv NOx without the need for flue gas recirculation or any other external thermal diluent. Additionally, FGR can be added to the North American LE 4211 to achieve even lower NOx emissions when needed.
The patented technology behind the North American LE 4211 burner results in powerful NOx reduction through fuel staged, lean premix technology. The high intensity, compact flame fits most existing combustion chambers for retrofit applications and in many cases allows smaller chambers for new installations; saving on the first cost of installation. It is sturdily constructed of steel, stainless steel, and refractory to withstand the operating environment of the application. Options are available for corrosion resistant stainless steels as necessary to handle fuel gases with significant levels of sulfur or other corrosive agents.
